Ensure your digital camera is set on the largest/finest quality setting and use the sharpest focus and highest resolution possible for the best results.
Avoid flash to reduce red, washed-out or shining eyes. You should ideally photograph your pet in natural light, either outside or near a window in the morning or afternoon.
The Digital Files will be emailed to you as a High-Resolution (300 DPI) File, JPEG Format, RGB Colour.
